What image formats are supported?
We accept JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP and SVG. PNG with transparency is recommended for logos.
Can I change the image later?
Yes. You can replace the image at any time from your dashboard. The QR does not change and will work the same.
Is there a size limit?
The maximum file size is 50 MB. For the best mobile experience, we recommend optimizing images to under 2 MB.
Do I need internet to view the image?
Yes. The user scanning the QR needs an internet connection to load the image.
Difference with the Gallery module?
The Image module shows a single image. If you need multiple images in one QR, use the Gallery module.
