What is a dynamic QR code?

A dynamic QR code points to a URL that you can change at any time. Unlike static QRs, you can update the content (image, PDF, video, etc.) without reprinting the code.

Can I create QRs without registering?

Yes. You can create your first QR in the generator without an account. If you register later, you can link it to your account and manage it from the dashboard.

How much does it cost?

We have a Plan GRATIS with limited QRs, and PRO and Enterprise plans with more features. See our pricing page for details.

Can I change the content after creating the QR?

Yes. With dynamic QRs you can update the content (image, PDF, video, menu, etc.) at any time. The QR code itself does not change.

Does it work without internet?

No. The user scanning the QR needs an internet connection to load the content. The QR stores a URL, not the content itself.

Files and formats

What file formats do you accept?

Images: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, SVG. Documents: PDF. Videos: links to YouTube, Vimeo or direct MP4/WebM files.

Is there a size limit?

Maximum 50 MB per file. For better mobile loading we recommend optimizing images to under 2 MB and PDFs to under 10 MB.

How do I download my QR?

From the dashboard, select the QR and download it in PNG or SVG format. SVG is best for large prints. See our guide on downloading and printing for details.

Plans and billing

Is there a limit on QRs?

Yes, it depends on your plan. Plan GRATIS has a limited number; PRO and Enterprise include more.

Can I have my own domain?

Yes, on PRO plans and above you can configure custom domains for your QRs.

What happens if I cancel?

Your QRs remain active until the end of the billing period. After that, they may stop working depending on the plan. Contact support for details.
